About Alexis

Alexis Henry (she/her) is a fashion model, born and raised in a small Ohio town. Represented nationally, Alexis has worked with today’s leading plus and straight size brands, including Nike, Savage x Fenty, Thinx, Skims, and more. In addition to modeling, Alexis has also produced workshops on body neutrality, model coaching, and has served as a mentor to children in New York City charter schools, concentrating on finding self-love.

Alexis’s podcast, The Plus One, has acclaimed a following of creators alike, who share their stories and verbally document their journey as artists. The Plus One is a podcast space for all creatives with something to say, a nod to mental health, and a light to navigating life, love, and relationships. Alexis hopes to encourage others to be kinder to themselves by promoting mental clarity, racial justice, and true-size representation.
